I would like to commend Matt Holloman and John Yokum for their excellent work on my chimney on 30 August,2010, and for their courtesy and professionalism. Thanks to their great work attention to and repairing a safety issue,I can now feel safe. In my opinon these two gentlemen are a great asset to your company. I will continue to use step in time. We had Mathew H. and Ryan coming over for the esimation on Sept. 23, 2010. They adivesed us on some improvment needed for a total of $6,000. As we were thinking to hire them the chimney cap came off today. Looks like they forgot to screw it back in. Thanks God it didn't kill anyone on the ground. We have a lot of kids and moms passing by our house on the way to the playground. Good thing we didn't hire Chimney Cleaners and hope they will show up and screw the cap back in. MountVernon, VA
